These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VidRouter's API aggregation service for AI video generation. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
VidRouter provides a unified API interface that aggregates multiple AI video generation services including Runway ML, OpenAI Sora, Google Veo, and other providers. Our platform allows developers to access these services through a single integration point.
Alpha Release Notice: VidRouter is currently in alpha development. The service is provided "as is" and may include bugs, incomplete features, or breaking changes.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use VidRouter
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. API Usage and Limitations
3.1 Usage Guidelines
- API keys are personal and non-transferable
- You must comply with rate limits and usage quotas
- Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension
- You must implement proper error handling and retry logic
- Cache responses appropriately to minimize unnecessary requests
3.2 Prohibited Uses
- Generating content that violates any law or regulation
- Creating deepfakes or misleading synthetic media without disclosure
- Generating content depicting violence, hate speech, or harassment
- Creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Using the service to spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Reselling or redistributing API access without authorization
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of your input prompts and generated videos
- You grant us a limited license to process your content through our service
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights
- You must comply with the content policies of underlying AI providers
4.2 Our Service
- VidRouter and our technology remain our intellectual property
- Our API, documentation, and trademarks are protected by copyright
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service
5. Third-Party Services
Important: Your use of VidRouter involves third-party AI services. You must also comply with their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies.

By using VidRouter, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of service of:

- Google Cloud AI/ML Terms
- Other integrated providers as they become available
5.2 Service Availability
- Third-party service availability may affect VidRouter functionality
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages or limitations
- We may remove or restrict access to providers at our discretion
6. Payment and Billing
- Usage fees are based on API calls and underlying provider costs
- Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise specified
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of billing
- We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment
- Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Service Level
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We provide best-effort support during business hours
7.2 Alpha Release Limitations
- Service may be unstable or include breaking changes
- Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
- Data backup and recovery may be limited
- Support response times may be longer than in production releases
8. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Termination

- You may terminate your account at any time
- Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
- You remain responsible for content generated before termination
9.2 By Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- We may terminate the service entirely with 30 days notice
- Immediate termination may occur for serious violations
- We will provide data export options when reasonably possible

11. Changes to Terms
